- Coat the base of a frying pan with a thin layer of oil
- Spread a thin layer of sliced onions evenly over the frying pan and cook until it is soft.

Remove from heat and add a layer of sun-dried tomatoes, cooked prawns, sliced smoked turkey, chicken pieces and other toppings you would like on your pizza.

- Peel and cut into very thin slices, 4 large potatoes.
- Dip the potato slices in beaten egg and layer over the pizza toppings until it is all sealed with a double layer of potatoes.
- Spray some oil over the top of the potatoes.
- Cook under a grill until the potato layer is golden brown and resembles flat bread.
- Remove from grill and place a large tray over the top and flip around.
- Cut into pizza slices and serve when cool.
