TRAINING YOUR INNER WARRIOR FOR A LIFETIME OF HEALTH
Like house training your puppy, training your inner warrior is about consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. The goal is to instil good habits and build a better immune system. Most of us could wake up one day and decide to play golf or run marathons and become good at it. Similarly, you can make a conscious decision to build a better body that will function better, lose excess weight, lower unhealthy cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure , stop hair loss or even fight cancer.
It only takes 4 to 6 months to teach your body techniques to keep you healthy, and the cells of the body will remember it for the rest of your life.
This concept of cell memory is the basis of vaccination, where a weak virus, or parts of a dead virus is introduced to the body and the the body remembers how it fights and kills the virus. If it’s attacked again in the future by the same virus, it already knows how to kill it; this can become a lifelong memory for our immune cells.
For many of us, remembering faces from 30 years ago can be something of a challenge. But, cells in our immune system can remember old enemies decades later, and it’s hard to imagine how our cells can retain memory with no direct evidence of brain matter in the cell nucleus.
We have different types of immune cells that help spot and destroy invading bugs such as viruses, bacteria, fungus, cancer cells, etc. Two of these immune cells are called B cells or T cells. The B cells make and secrete chemicals called antibodies to act as 'identification tags' for the bad guys, such as viruses, bacteria, cancer cells, etc. The T cells perform a bunch of immune-related tasks such as rounding up all the bad guys that have been tagged by the B cells and transporting them to extermination centers.
Both B and T cells have record keepers that act as historians keeping records of these battles with the bad bugs and even keeping souvenirs from past battles as teaching material for the young cadets.
There are also special T cells called CYTOTOXIC ‘CD8+’ T cells, these are a form of elite warriors raised in the body's thymus where they are exposed to healthy cells and trained to recognize familiar healthy cells before being released into the body to find and attack anything that is unfamiliar such as cancer cells, bacteria, or cells infected with viruses, etc.
On finding unfamiliar cells or tissue, the body encourages these warrior cells to multiply and form a small army. This small army releases chemicals into the enemy cells, punching holes in their defenses or membranes and destroying them; most of these special warrior cells will die in battle.
However not all the warriors that go into battle die glorious deaths by taking down the enemy with them. Some survive the battle and stick around disguising themselves as inexperienced soldiers. They appear to be waiting in case the bad guys such as pathogens, cancer cells or tumors returns and are believed to be responsible for mounting quicker attacks when tumors or pathogens return.
On average, T cells have a half-life of about 30 days, meaning after a month most of these T cells would have died. However, the special warrior cells that have survived a battle and are in disguise can last for 450 days or longer. meaning some of them can stick around for years, if not decades, this means that nature is giving us the upper hand over pathogen.
The key to training these special warrior cells to prepare them for the battle to come is to expose them to healthy cells and tissues while they are in training in the thymus. If they are not made aware of what healthy cells look like, they are not going to be able to identify and kill unhealthy cells when they finish their training in the thymus.
The key to creating a healthy environment in the body takes training, patience and dedication to eating only healthy chemical free foods for a period of no less than 3 months to allow most of the unhealthy cells to die off. The potato detox diet is a good place to start in trying to create a healthy environment for the special warrior cells.
Also Use thymus tapping to keep the gland active and boost your specialized immune system. Gently tapping on the thymus gland creates vibrations that stimulate an increase in the maturation and release of your warrior cells.
There are other products such as Formula X, Anti-C and Moringa that can help the immune system fight disease. The potato detox diet is designed to help boost the spleen function which also helps basic immune function.
